Sunny Beach Resort & Spa Mui Ne - Phan Thiet

The hotel provided me with two complimentary drinks which was a thoughtful gesture. The facilities were good especially the spacious and clean swimming pool area, and the well-maintained garden in this resort was also beautiful. The hotel was situated very near to the beach and it was on the beach side of the road which was convenient. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food to choose from with freshly prepared eggs and piping hot noodle soups.

We loved this hotel, the staff was adorable. We were there with our 3 sons and they wanted to stay in the pool while me and my hustband wanted to go for a walk out.The lifeguard of the swimming pool was so adorable that he took care of them so we had all our freedom.We also loved the hotel because the pools are big and confortable. The breakfast is perfect, a lot of fresh fruits and all that you can dream of. Really, this hotel is great !! Sandra and Stephane from Brussels, Belgium.

Warung, which can be found only 700 ft away, was a fast option. The hotel was what we appreciated during our city trip. The property was set a few steps away from gm club mui ne.

The swimming pool was great, spacious beautiful rooms, great breakfast, cleanliness and aroma of the place, beautiful garden and well-kept beach.

Two good size swimming pools, easy access to the beach and a good buffet breakfast.

We had two rooms one perfect one had many problems. On our 3rd complaint about leaking aircon we were upgraded which was very nice but a little late. The gym was not air conditioned so impossible to train.

The hotel is right on the beach which makes it convenient for swimming. it's close enough to the middle to be able to walk to restaurants. the Vietnamese breakfast was decent as well.

There were issues with the towels and the staff was not easy to deal with.

Rooms located in a very nice garden, full of flowers and coconut trees. All the actvities to relax within few meters : restaurant, pool, billiard, fitness room and beach. My children kept going from one place to another without having to look after them too far...Rooms well designed. TV with satellite channels. We didn't try the restaurant for lunch and dinner: there are plenty outside. Very well located.The beach is nice with sand (other parts in Mui Ne have disappeared under concrete), be careful of the kite-surfers in the afternoon who don't pay attention to the swimmers.

Very bad experience at check in and check out. Check-in: they made us pay the official price for extra-bed and not the one given by Booked.net (2 times more expensive). They keep your passports (even the children's) so you are not very comfortable to negociate. Check-out:they charged us 3% more for payment by credit card. Very unpleasant guy at the reception. English of the staff extremely poor.

Fantastic and convenient location. 15 minutes on foot from the center of Mui Ne. The hotel is next to the beach, about 50 m from bungalo. Nice staff.Wonderful pool area- two pools, one of them open till 10 p.m. Quiet place to get some relaxing.

No Wi-Fi in bungalo,however there was wifi in a suite beach-front villa.

by the beach and swimming pool, there are lot restaurants and bars surrounding the hotel. quite convenient.

Had a wonderful Christmas at this resort. the pool area was well-maintained and provided lots of loungers to relax in. the beach right in front of the resort was beautiful and perfect for long walks. the breakfast spread was amazing with a great variety of options.

The room needed a bit of sprucing up, especially the bathroom which looked worn out. Wi-Fi was spotty and didn't work well in our room.

The extra tour we bought from the hotel, didn't meet the criteria written in the brochure. And the guide, -wait, there was no guide- the driver did not speak English at all..
